SoulSpectrum is a structured self-report instrument: the full assessment feeds a model that ranks all 34 themes across the four strengths domains — Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking. It is built for development and career orientation, and every claim we make is tied to what it actually measures: how a person naturally thinks, works and relates. We deliberately do not market it with a single "accuracy" number.

It is not a clinical instrument and not a diagnostic tool — it measures no illness, no ability and no knowledge. And we publish no "accuracy percentiles": for a self-report strengths profile, a single accuracy percentage would be dishonest marketing, not measurement. When a test vendor promises one, ask what it was measured against.

We mapped the well-known four-domain strengths taxonomy — Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking — onto our own 34-theme model, then wrote and calibrated our own item set for it, across all 11 languages.

Assessment data is stored on SoulSync's infrastructure. Organization admins see privacy-protected group aggregates; authorized SoulSync personnel may access data only to operate and support the service. We never sell participant data or use it for advertising. The exact retention and processing terms are fixed in the agreement before your pilot starts.

Yes. On your request we anonymize or delete participant records after the engagement — group overviews can be prepared from anonymized data. For engagements with minors, we agree the exact retention window with the institution during pilot setup.

The participant does. Students remain aggregate-only for the institution. In business cohorts, an employee may optionally share a limited profile — theme response scores and within-profile ranks — with organization admins. Raw answers, the full report, career directions and AI narrative remain private.

A student sees exactly two things: the assessment and their own report. Chat, discovery and every social feature are disabled for minor accounts — nobody can contact a student through SoulSync. We enable the mode before the pilot and verify it together with the institution.

All prices are in KZT and one-time per person: Class — 3,990₸ per student (from 25 students); Grade — 3,290₸ per student (from 100); Team — 4,900₸ per seat (5–25 seats); Business — 4,500₸ per seat (25–150 seats). Yes. Educational institutions and companies pay by invoice (безнал) under a договор — the standard procurement path in Kazakhstan and the CIS. The pilot itself stays free, so your finance team only processes payment once the value is proven on your own people.
