What’s inside the SoulSpectrum report
An honest preview of what every participant receives: the Top-5 themes, the complete 1→34 ranking, a domain profile, Power Pairs and AI per-theme insights — in an 11-page A4 PDF that is theirs to keep.
What you see below is a preview of what the report contains — not a downloadable file. In the free pilot, your first participants receive their real reports.

The report, section by section
Built from the report’s real structure — the same sections, colors and order your participants will see, shown here in larger detail.
Sections are shown in the order they appear in the report; each participant’s PDF runs 11 pages in total.
SoulSync
PDF · 11 pagesTop-5
Top-5 themes
The report opens with the five strongest themes — where this person’s natural edge is, written in plain language.
SoulSync
PDF · 11 pagesDomain profile
All 34 themes live in four domains — Executing, Influencing, Relationship Building and Strategic Thinking. The report shows how a person’s energy is distributed across them.

The full 1→34 ranking
Every theme, ranked from 1 to 34 — not just a top list. Lower-ranked themes are named too, because “less natural” is not “absent”.
SoulSync
PDF · 11 pagesPower Pairs
Achiever × Analytical
Two strong themes that work harder together than apart.
AI insight — example
Example: someone who finishes what they start and demands proof first — give them work where thoroughness is the point.
Illustrative example. Real insights are generated from each person’s own ranking.
Power Pairs & AI insights
Which theme combinations amplify each other — and what they look like in study and work — plus AI interpretation written for each individual profile, theme by theme.
The four domains follow a widely used strengths-research taxonomy.
An exploratory self-reflection profile — not a validated psychometric measure. Scores describe your responses; equal scores share the same rank.
Who gets what
Each participant keeps their report. You get the group picture.
SoulSpectrum is built so individual results stay with the individual — while the class or team still sees the pattern.
What each participant gets
- Their full 11-page A4 PDF report — Top-5 and the complete 1→34 ranking
- Power Pairs and AI per-theme insights, written for their profile
- The report in the language they took the test in
- A report that is theirs to keep, print and share — with 3 retakes per calendar month if they want to re-check
What your institution or team gets
- A self-service dashboard with privacy-protected class or team aggregates
- Aggregated results: how the 34 themes distribute across the group, not individual answer sheets
- A debrief session on the group’s collective strengths
- Groups smaller than five remain hidden; student profiles are never shown, and employee profiles require explicit opt-in
Privacy, by design
Individual reports belong to the people who took the assessment. Education dashboards stay aggregate-only. In business cohorts, an employee may optionally share theme response scores and within-profile ranks with organization admins; raw answers, the full report, career directions and AI narrative remain private. For students aged 15–17, pilots run in supervised mode after a parent, guardian, or authorized school representative confirms that prior consent was obtained; social features remain disabled.
11 languages
The report ships in the test-taker’s language
The assessment and the report run in the language of the test-taker. In one multilingual class or team, every person reads their results in the language they think in — the same 34 themes, identically structured, in all 11 languages.
Sample report questions
Not from this page — it is a preview of what the report contains, built from the report’s real structure. SoulSpectrum reports are personal: each PDF is generated from one person’s answers, so we do not publish someone’s full results. The free pilot is the honest way to see real reports: up to 10 students or 5 employees, full reports, no card required.
The organization dashboard shows privacy-protected group aggregates, not individual answer sheets. Student profiles are never available to the institution. In business cohorts, an employee may optionally share a limited profile — theme response scores and within-profile ranks — with organization admins; raw answers and the full report remain private.
In the language each person took the test in. The assessment and reports are available in 11 languages — Kazakh, Russian, English and 8 more — so a multilingual class or team gets readable reports for everyone.
Yes — 3 retakes per calendar month, per test. A retake produces the same full report as the first take, so participants can check how stable their ranking is over time.
